"It was easy, I told Kelly how many people I needed and she sent through resumes of about double that, she even provided me with a summary of each candidate which was a great help. Joblink Plus provided quality candidates which we wouldn't have otherwise had access to in such a short time frame. They took a lot of stress out of the recruitment, making it easier and more economical because we didn't have to spend lots of time recruiting ourselves.

Jamie from Joblink Plus calls me regularly to see if there is anything that can be done to help the new employee settle in. Last time I spoke to him I mentioned that it would be really useful if the young man that we recently put on had a forklift licence. "I wanted to take this opportunity to thank Joblink Plus for the Work for the Dole activity being run at our club.
The difference this program makes to our club is substantial. As a self-funded charity, maintenance and general up-keep of the club sometimes falls behind due to the high cost of engaging tradespeople. Having this work done by this program means we can focus on supporting our local youth and vulnerable members of our community.
Currently we have four men (pictured with their supervisor) on the program - Joshua, Brandon, Jamie and Benjamin. I cannot stress enough how dedicated and amazing these guys are. They turn up with a positive attitude and a willingness to work. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They have fitted in well as part of our team and we enjoy having them here.
I would not hesitate to be a referee for them when applying for sustainable employment.
