This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply a broad range of competencies in a varied work context using some discretion, judgement and relevant theoretical knowledge. They may provide technical advice and support to a team.

Completion of a Certificate II or Year 12 prior to enrolling in this training is not compulsory, but recommended. 

 

After completing this qualification, individuals may progress to:

  • Certificate IV in Business Administration
  • Other Certificate IV qualifications from the Business Services Training Package
