
Joblink Plus Training is registered to provide a range of accredited courses relative to industry including Business, Hospitality, Community Services, and Retail. These are nationally recognised qualifications within the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF). We can also tailor training to suit industry requirements through accredited and non- accredited courses.

Access and Equity legislation in Australia provides all eligible persons with the opportunity to successfully gain skills, knowledge and experience through education and training. Issuing of Qualifications
Joblink Plus Training issues Certificates and Statements of Attainment to learners and clients who meet the required standards of a Qualification or Unit of Competency in accordance with the AQF, and acknowledges that Certificates and Statements of Attainment are nationally recognised.
Quality Management and Continuous Improvement
Joblink Plus Training applies a quality focus to their operations as a Registered Training Organisation. Joblink Plus Training is committed to an on-going approach to Quality Assurance through the implementation of periodic collaborative reviews that ensure that all stakeholders in the services and training provided have a voice in the organisation's ongoing development and continuous improvement.
Regular evaluations and reviews are conducted in all areas, including the core activities of training, assessment and issuance of qualifications, as well as the support activities of student and client records management, business management, administration and marketing.
Training and Assessment Standards
Joblink Plus Training employs personnel with the appropriate qualifications and experience to deliver the training, and to facilitate assessment relevant to the training products offered. Assessment will meet the standards specified within nationally endorsed training packages and the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF). Adequate facilities, equipment and training materials will be utilised to ensure the learning environment is conducive to the success of clients.
Recognition
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL), Recognition of Current Competency (RCC) and Credit Transfer are commonly and collectively referred to as ‘Recognition’. All students enrolling in accredited courses are eligible to apply for recognition of qualifications, work and life experiences plus skills and competencies acquired in the workplace. This may reduce the time required to complete courses.
Course Fees
Joblink Plus Training strives to keep fees at an affordable level. Course costs will be reviewed on a regular basis in line with competitors' pricing and Joblink Plus Training quality control procedures. The full cost of each course is as stated in the current, published Joblink Plus Training Literature, or on its web page.
Course Attendance
Students are required to attend all scheduled classes/sessions for courses. Students may not be eligible for assessment where attendance falls below 80% of scheduled classes/sessions. All students are required to sign daily attendance records. Where students are unable to attend classes/sessions for medical reasons they are required to notify their course facilitator of their inability to attend.
Cancellation of Enrolment or Deferment
Students who commence a course of study but do not continue without formal notice will have their enrolment cancelled and will be issued with a Statement of Attainment for all units of competency achieved upon full payment of fees owing. Students may defer their enrolment in accordance with Joblink Plus Training enrolment terms and conditions. Any increase in course fees during the period of deferment will be payable by the student on re-entry to the course.
