
Jye Segboer
Executive Chair
Over the past twenty-five years Jye has served as a chairperson, president, vice president, and as a board member of various organisations and committees within regional NSW, including in the Riverina, the Hunter and the New England regions. Jye is passionate about supporting the development of career pathways for people to live and thrive in regional locations.
Jye currently holds several advisory roles in community groups within Tamworth Regional Council, including the Tamworth University working group.
As an entrepreneur he is the owner operator of the Central Hospitality Group and employs 130 people across his businesses; these include the CH Boutique Hotel, Deco Restaurant, Hopscotch Restaurant, The Pig & Tinder Box, Dungowan Brewery, The Bureau and The Pavillion Function Centre.
Drawing on his commercial experience, Jye supports the Joblink Plus leadership team on a daily basis as the Executive Chair and Executive Leader of the Communications team.

Margaret Van Aanholt
Vice Chair
Margaret has had many years’ experience as a professional auditor and chartered accountant. She has worked in Sydney, London and in the New England North West of NSW during her career.
She has had exposure and experience with a wide variety of clients both as auditor and adviser. In her role as an auditor partner over many years, Margaret has been on and worked with a variety of Boards.
Margaret is keen to work with ethical not-for-profit organisations whose values are aligned and who provide practical assistance in improving the opportunities of people needing additional support.

Dr. Brodie Paterson
Non-Executive Director
Dr. Paterson is an experienced clinician, manager and researcher with degrees in psychology, education and social policy and has published more than a hundred papers, book chapters and research reports.
His present research interests include the development and evaluation of trauma informed professional curricula, the significance of compassion fatigue in human services and how we can ensure an understanding of the significance of trauma underpins policy and practice at a national level.
Brodie Chairs the European Network for Trainers in the Management of Aggression, sits on the steering group of the UK Restraint Reduction network and has held posts in the NHS, Academia and private sector. He used to play rugby with considerable enthusiasm if not necessarily talent and now gardens instead.

Clint Coles
Non-Executive Director
Clint is a solicitor director of one of Australia's largest regional law firms and has a broad legal practice in business, property and commercial litigation.
Clint holds the internationally recognised qualification of Chartered Tax Advisor. He has been awarded a Masters of Law from the University of Sydney and a Masters of Commercial Litigation from the College of Law. He also has undergraduate degrees in Law and Economics.
Having grown up in country NSW, Clint has a long standing and deeply seated interest in the development of its regional communities.

Simon Longstaff AO
Non-Executive Driector
Simon Longstaff began his working life on Groote Eylandt in the Northern Territory of Australia. He is proud of his kinship ties to the Anindilyakwa people. After a period studying law in Sydney and teaching in Tasmania, he pursued postgraduate studies as a Member of Magdalene College, Cambridge. In 1991, Simon commenced his work as the first Executive Director of The Ethics Centre. In 2013, he was made an officer of the Order of Australia (AO) for “distinguished service to the community through the promotion of ethical standards in governance and business, to improving corporate responsibility, and to philosophy.” Simon is an Adjunct Professor of the Australian Graduate School of Management at UNSW, a Fellow of CPA Australia, the Royal Society of NSW and the Australian Risk Policy Institute. Simon is also a member of the independent advisory board to the Federal Minister for Government Services.

Dr Casey Sullivan
Non-Executive Director
Dr Casey Sullivan, a proud Wiradjuri and Gamilaroi woman, is a General Practitioner (GP) who owns her own medical practice in Tamworth – the first Indigenous privately-owned and managed GP practice in NSW. She is committed to increasing medical accessibility and cultivating change in the North West NSW community.
Casey was the first graduate of the University of New South Wales Indigenous Pre-Medicine Program in 2004. As well as being a GP, she supervises medical students and junior doctors, and partners with local Aboriginal Medical Services. In 2019, Casey was awarded GP Synergy Supervisor of the Year for her region.
Dr Casey has special interests in Family Health, Mens, Women's and Children's Health, Mental Health, Chronic Disease Management, Preventative Health Promotion and Traveller's Health.
