Emily Roy

Chief Executive Officer

Emily Roy is the Chief Executive Officer of Joblink Plus, bringing over 14 years of dedicated service to the organisation since joining in 2011.  She holds tertiary and vocational qualifications in adult training, design and completed trauma informed practice studies at Masters level. Throughout her time at Joblink Plus, Emily has held a variety of roles, gaining deep insight into the business and the communities it serves. Her progression into for-purpose leadership reflects a commitment to creating opportunities for people to grow and thrive in meaningful work while contributing to social change. Emily serves the organisation from her home in Tamworth, NSW. 

Tim Diebold

Chief Operating Officer

Starting with Joblink Plus as a Business Analyst Trainee in 2014, Tim’s journey has included a variety of leadership positions including Disability Employment Service (DES) Program Leader, Regional Leader for Employment Services, New Business Leader, and Strategy, Performance & Analytics Executive Leader. Tim is passionate about the work Joblink Plus does across all of its owned and operated businesses, and enjoys solving problems and making meaningful change to drive sustainable impact. Tim is committed to creating an environment where people can be the best versions of themselves every day. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business (International/Marketing) & Commerce(Finance).

Prashant Vaswani

Chief Financial Officer

Prashant commenced with Joblink Plus in 2024 as Chief Financial Officer, bringing over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles across for-purpose and commercial organizations. Holding a Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Accounting, Prashant is also an Associate member of CPA Australia. Prashant is passionate about helping people in need and bringing positive change in community through contribution of his skills and other volunteer activities.

Gail Nankivell

Executive Leader Human Resources

Joining Joblink Plus in 2022 with extensive experience in industrial relations, operational leadership and talent acquisition, Gail leads strategic HR initiatives, payroll operations, and workforce engagement. Her career spans leadership roles in mental health and community services organisations, as well as recruitment, labour hire, and quality and compliance in the primary industry sector.  Gail’s leadership philosophy centres on people-first values and fostering self-determination. She believes that creating an environment for continuous growth and shared purpose strengthens both the organisation and the people who work within it.

Amanda Hazell

Executive Leader Employment Services

Leading across New England North West and Far West Orana, Amanda Hazell joined Joblink Plus in 2017 bringing a holistic leadership approach that fosters a positive and inclusive culture. Working within government employment services for the last 20 years, she brings extensive knowledge and experience across all aspects of the Workforce Australia and Transition to Work programs. Amanda is dedicated to building strong connections with communities and employers to deliver quality outcomes for all people, particularly young people and First Nation peoples. A customer-centric leader, Amanda ensures decisions align with the Joblink Plus purpose and values, prioritizing the best outcomes for both the team and the communities Joblink Plus supports.

Tina Dye

Executive Leader Employment Services

Leading across the Hunter, Tina brings over 16 years of experience in the employment services sector having progressed through a variety of roles in the industry and developing a deep understanding of frontline operations and strategic planning. Joining Joblink Plus in 2009, Tina shares her knowledge of and hands-on experience in delivering impactful outcomes for teams, clients, and stakeholders. Tina holds a Diploma in Financial Markets, a Certificate IV in Frontline Management, a Certificate IV in Community Services, and most recently a Diploma in Leadership and Management.  Tina enjoys watching her leaders and teams working together to change lives every day.

Leah Welsh

Executive Leader Contracts, Claims and Internal Training

Having held previous roles in Employment Services, Human Resources and the Hospitality sectors, Leah joined Joblink Plus in 2015. During her time with the organisation, Leah has undertaken several roles gaining valuable skills and knowledge from each position. Leah currently leads the Employment Service Contracts, Claims and Internal Training teams. Enjoying the diversity and challenges of navigating various contracts, continual learning and knowledge sharing, Leah is committed to contributing to the growth and development of staff, ensuring that the workforce is equipped with the tools and knowledge to perform their jobs well. Leah holds qualifications in Training, Leadership and Employment Services.

Tony Madden

Executive Leader Health & Wellbeing Plus

Tony is a psychologist with over 20 years’ experience in mental health, drug and alcohol and trauma. Joining Joblink Plus in 2018, Tony’s role is both to provide effective counselling to clients of Joblink Plus and to support a team of committed counsellors. Through this leadership, the Health & Wellbeing Plus team is able to assist people who want to create change in their lives to connect with a service that may not otherwise be available to them. The alignment between Tony’s passion of promoting agency in marginalised people who may be uncomfortable expressing their needs or pursuing their goals and Joblink Plus’ stated purpose of supporting people to gain meaningful employment or study is a happy juxtaposition that has continued to strengthen during his time with the organisation.

Chris Woods

Executive Leader Assets and Social Enterprises

Starting with Joblink Plus in 2022, Chris brings diverse experience from many years working in varied industries such as retail, hospitality, corporate and construction. As a leader across several diverse teams, Chris brings dedicated oversight, with an eye for maintaining high safety standards and compliance. Driven by continuous improvement, he is committed to refining systems, processes, and tools to enable staff to deliver support to the communities Joblink Plus works with. Chris is passionate about helping people gain meaningful and sustainable employment through Social Enterprise pathways.

Greg Maschio

Executive Leader Employment Services

Leading youth programs across New England North West, Greg joined Joblink Plus in 2004, bringing with him more than two decades of experience in employment services and a deep, practical understanding of employment programs and service delivery across the sector. Throughout this time Greg has held a range of roles across the organisation, each contributing to his knowledge of operational practice, program delivery, and workforce development. Greg provides hands-on leadership, guidance and support to help build team capability and achieve meaningful, sustainable outcomes for young people. Greg holds a Diploma of Business Management and a Diploma of Project Management. Outside of work, Greg values time spent with family and friends and is a member of the Rural Fire Service, reflecting his strong commitment to community and service beyond the workplace.

Craig McLeod

Executive Leader RTO Quality and Compliance

Craig has worked with Joblink Plus since 2010, and in roles supporting others for over 30 years.  Having worked with extremely disadvantaged families through youth justice and out of home care systems, Craig holds a passion for social change based around the belief that the biggest impact on outcomes for most people is access to education and sustainable employment. Holding qualifications in Management, Craig’s leadership roles within Joblink Plus specifically champion quality and compliance, reflecting his commitment to helping achieve organisational outcomes and staff development.

Melanie Byrnes

Executive Leader Australian Training Plus and Reconciliation

Melanie is a proud Wiradjuri woman, living, working, and learning on Gomeroi Land in Tamworth. Having joined Joblink Plus in 2009, Melanie has gained experience in a diverse variety of support and leadership roles, developing a deep knowledge of community engagement and organisational leadership. As Executive Leader at Australian Training Plus, she combines expertise in project management, process improvement, and communications with a strong commitment to creating inclusive, culturally safe and trauma-informed learning environments for all people. Melanie also champions Joblink Plus’ commitment to Reconciliation through her leadership of the Reconciliation Action Plan Working Group.
