Proudly Providing Indigenous Specialist Services

Joblink Plus is proud to provide Indigenous Specialist Services in the Hunter, New England North West and Central West regions. We have the highest percentage of Indigenous participants of any multi-region Workforce Australia provider. Many First Nations are represented across the places we work, including Awabakal, Geawegal, Kamilaroi, Nganyaywana, Wanaruah, Wiljali, Wiradjuri and Worimi. We’re proud to have many First Nations people on staff, across the organisation – at time of writing, it’s 30% and we are committed to increasing this to 50% - see our Reconciliation Action Plan for more information and to see our progress.

If ready to prepare for work and identify as an Indigenous Australian and aged between 15 – 64 years, we’d love to help you. Depending on your individual circumstances there will be a range of supports you can access, such as training, transport, interview skills, wellbeing and more. We understand that having all the documentation and paperwork you need to access services can be difficult, time consuming and expensive – we can help with that too.

Every day we’re placing people who need work with employers who need staff, so if you need help in getting ready to work, contact us. Check out our Good News Stories to see how support from Joblink Plus can change lives.
