James discovered his passion for hospitality through the training opportunities available at Connections Café and has been an integral part of the team ever since.

James has been developed his skills in customer service, and café operations. Today, he brings that experience to his new position as Supervisor, where he'll be supporting both our team and trainees as they build confidence and gain valuable industry experience.
